New ownership, Repair shop Joe Patty is great! Repairs are not cheap, but what is these days. Can find cheaper mechanics, but not with the same guarantees. Truck always runs better after service call. I always drive away with confidence that the repairs are made to Ford specifications. I am not worried about breaking down when traveling, and if there is a problem, Joe is always there to pickup the phone and resolve any issues; That is great customer service! Been shoppinng for new vehicles. Bought two in the same year in the past. Problem going to do the same or more. Sales department doesn't seem to be interested.

I “inherited” Celebrity Ford from Down’s Ford- and so happy with their Service Department. My 2016 Edge has only been dealer serviced since purchased it new. I love the car and hope to keep it going for years to come. Celebrity is terrific!

Absolute bonkers that there's an additional 3 % service charge for using credit cards; who does that? Will never use again

Celebrity Ford is by far the best dealership around. Just recently had my car in for servicing. My service advisor was Giovanni Procopio. He is knowledgeable, professional and easy to communicate with.

I went in for a trouble light for the catalytic converter and a bad battery. Mr. Joe Pati was extremely helpful and to my surprise took my truck in right on the spot. He said the truck would be done the next day and they drove me home. The next morning they came and picked me up and brought me back to the shop. They finished all work in a timely professional manner, The catalytic converter was a warranty and the battery and filters were exactly as quoted. No issues no hassles just helpful service personnel, good timely professional service. Over the years I have bought at least 5 vehicles at (Downs Ford/Celebrity) I will certainly look for my next vehicle at Celebrity. Good work Mr. Pati

I think the service department in this particular dealership, which is celebrity Ford of toms River is tremendous. They really are professional and get you back on the road with no inconvenience the pick up vehicle at your home and drop it back off is a tremendous feature.
