This was my first time dealing with this dealership. Although my first stop in was lackluster (no one greeted me for nearly 15 minutes), the one employee who did was Jonathan Tejada. From there, he was absolutely the best salesperson to deal with. The manager, Joe, even called me to say they wanted to do everything they could to make me happy and work out a good deal. Jonathan took me for a test drive and he gave me a copy of the door sticker. I did some homework and went back. I decided on the truck I wanted, Jonathan went over every detail and the process was very efficient. There was no hard sell and even the finance guy (sorry, I forget his name) did present me with options without any pressure whatsoever. When I picked up my truck, Jonathan spent a lot of time with me going over all the operational details. He took my pic with the truck and sent me merrily on my way. I LOVE my truck (Maverick) and would highly recommend, if you're looking for a Ford, to go see Jonathan at Celebrity Ford. He gets 5***** in my book.

I purchased a Bronco Raptor from Celebrity Ford in July. The experience was far above and beyond my expectations. From Ziggy in sales who was always helpful and willing to talk on the phone, to Donato in financing, manager Joe, who called me to let me know another one came in because there was a recall on the original Braptor I placed a deposit on, to Veronica, the dealer principle, who honored the same deal on the one I actually bought!
