Unfortunately my car was not purchased at Downs but they treated me as it was. I do not live in the area but on a Saturday they took my car to check my tire without hesitation. I did need a new tired luckily I have the protection plan they ordered it for me and had it ready by Tuesday
Was told by friends to come here because it was the best Ford Dealership in our area service department is the best out of all the local dealerships and so far that’s true very nice and polite asked me what the problem was with my 2018 Ford F150 XLT they attended my problem and had my truck back to me at the end of the day. My wife & I went in to look at a vehicle we saw on the website. The vehicle was there ready for us when we arrived. We were greeted & helped by a polite young salesman. We decided to purchase the vehicle & completed the transaction with the finance person who was very friendly & did not push purchasing the extended warranty. Overall we were only at the dealer for approximately 2.5 hours from the time we drove up to leaving in our new vehicle.

I went there for parts for my 2010 F150. I am rebuilding a engine and snapped a bolt off. Went to many auto stores and they could not find. I went here Monday and the guy behind the parts counter was able to immediately pull up my vehicle and identify the correct bolt needed. My limited experience here at Downs Ford went very well. Except for the occasional oil change, only Down's mechanics have serviced my car. I am kept well informed when there are problems and the service team does what is logistically possible to get me back in 2012 Escape as soon as the can get the service or repair done. Recently, my long-time point person for service, Mike retired. At first I was worried but my new service point person is just as good.
I went to Downs Ford with my initial plan of test driving a Ranger (TREMOR). After the test drive, I liked it but I was also interested in looking at another vehicle at a different dealership. While I was there discussing the Ranger (and the other vehicle that I was interested in), their sales team (including Maria) gave me a great offer on my trade-in, more than I was expecting. I had a frozen brake caliper on my f150 pickup. I'm a contractor & needed my truck. I called Downs, they got me in & did the repairs. To say I'm pleased would be an understatement. I bought my truck at Causeway Ford, they are the worst. We don't have enough time & space to list my complaints. I wouldn't buy truck from them ever again.
